There are pics of the partying Andrew 12 years ago,jacketless and tieless and sweating like a whhore in church,amazingly all the things he says he doesn't do,guy is full of shiite

Please can someone tell me the crime this guy has committed.
Was a 17 year old girl underaged?
Was she forced against her will or did she receive some form of payment on return for ger services?

After looking it seems the minimum age for legal sssex is 18; so yes a crime has been committed if it was at a location on American soil.
