Would be pretty depressed if Wolves had replaced Pochettino with Mourinho. Swapping a manager that plays bright attacking football to one that plays dour football and who in recent times hasn’t been successful playing that way.
U23s play Paris St German at Molineux tonight in the new International Cup and there’ll be a decent crowd there to see them. Great experience for the kids and matches like this must help bridge the gap between academy and league football

A Scottish mate of mine has a thing for Sturgeon, not feeling it myself. Jo Swinson mind you....

I met her at a charity function and dinner on the island in September. Got a few photos with her. She is charming.
Her voice goes through me !
Levy must have taken leave of his senses, clearly there was a problem there with Pochettino but to go from him to Mourinho is ridiculous. On sky he's exactly like he was in interviews when he was at United, dull, morose, mumbling barely coherently. If it was anyone else they'd have sacked him off by now.
Even in those daft paddy power ads he looks like he's being forced to smile and display any kind of energy.
It will wind up a few Chelsea fans though so not all bad.
The main problem with Spurs is that they haven't invested in their squad properly and have allowed their better players to run down their contracts. They punched above their weight last season.
Your right Tam.
In my opinion there are only 3/4 players in their squad who I would take for us.
The rest are average.
I suppose they will give Mourinho loads of money and he will waste it, as with Man U.
I like Harry Winks. Reminds me of a Premier League standard Jack Price. Excellent at moving the ball around when you have a lot of possession.
Might go missing when you play a more physical team or have to play without possession though.
I still like Eriksen and I think Moura would fit in to our set up quite nicely.
Sissoko would be a useful midfield battering ram too at times, but not sure he would suit our style.
before poch top 4 once in 5 years
with poch top 4 4 years out of 5
and a cl final
no spending the last 2 years
no good, sack him
jose spends £500 mill at united, wins nothing
leaves united sinking into the sh!t, appoint him
Time will tell if Mourinho has woke up and smelt the coffee regarding his style, my guess is that this will not be the case.
Be interesting to see what Poch does next. If United have an ounce of intelligence they will sack Ole today and get him in but I wouldn't be surprised to see Everton act on this if they lose at the weekend and get rid of Silva in hopes of taking Poch.
Arsenal and United would be mad to be not thinking about trying to get him to be honest.
I'd love it if Poch went to Arsenal. Would be a good laugh watching the Spurs fans meltdown over it.

Pretty sure Poch has said in the past he would never manage a rival club, even Barca because of his time at Espanyol. But yeah, Arsenal are almost in the same boat as United though i do think Emery isn't half as bad as Ole.
Arsenal could do a lot worse. Difficult to see Emery lasting the season and I suspect Arsenal would do better under Poch than Spurs will under Mourinho.
Can’t see Spurs fans taking to the Mourinho style of play even if they did win more games
Change of subject, what would you value our players in the current market ?
I’m not suggesting selling anyone by the way.
Based on age etc.
Patricio 10m
Doherty 12m
Bennett 10m

Coady 20m
Jonny 18m
Neves 50m
Kilman 10m
Vinagre 15m
Moutinho 8m
Saiss 12m
MGW 10m
Dendonker 15m
Jota 35m
Traora 25m

Think you hve over valued a few of those Boston but for fun here goes......
Patricio 15m
Doherty 10m
Bennett 5m
Boli 25m
Coady 8m
Jonny 12m
Neves 40m
Kilman 5m
Vinagre 7m
Moutinho 6m
Saiss 8m
MGW 8m
Dendonker 12m
Jota 30m
Traora 25m
Jimenez 50m
Cutrone 10m
Neto 8m
Yes not too far apart, I uped Bennett to avoid being on his case.

Jimenez only came on for the lst 20 mins last night but still managed an assist. #44
I’d go along with most of those valuations Boston but I would say you have undervalued a couple at the top end. I think we could well get £80m for Neves, £50m for Jota and £35m for Traore. Not many better players around in their positions at their age
The match threads are priceless, I’d just like to add
That makes sense, its all subjective.
Total value on these figures is around 400 mill. Wow.
Think DJs prices are pretty high but in this day and age who knows anymore and Traore is a very hard one to gauge and he could go for a lot more than folk expect.
The Euros could have quite an impact this coming summer as well, Neves and Jota could have a chance to really boost their profiles.
