Sheffield United are a tough side. Yes we should have beat Colchester and Brighton but these things happen. They are simply amplified when in a terrible patch of which is a result of all those things mentioned.

How can he know the best XI when we've had injuries, poor form, poor attitude etc. It's hardly like Aurier, our most experienced RB is doing enough to merit a selection every week for instance. So he has to change line up to find the right balance and commitment.

A fresh squad will probably lead to a fresh Pochettino. I think he is fed up of players not wanting to be at the club and therefore not giving their all.

When he first came in he got rid of anyone who wasn't committed and it worked wonders. Now we have loads of players he doesn't want or the club wanted to get rid and they are lingering.

Get rid of those guys. Leave Pochettino to work with his new players and our fortunes will change but we must continue investing smartly.

Us not investing £100m 2 years ago for example to improve our already quality side has now resulted in probably spending £150m just to get back to two years ago with the loss on Eriksen, Toby and Jan potentially. So massive mistake from Levy and for a smart man he has screwed himself over on that one.

Pure excuses. I dont want him sacked without a decent replacement let's stop pretending he is a great tactician and money will solve this.

the fact he only started our 2 record signings, benched one of them against liverpool doesnt suggest to me that giving him fresh players will change his approach to management.

Facts are he is struggling to know his best formation and best players. Adding more players wont suddenly change this...unless you want to buy a Galactica back line and keeper.

Let's be reasonable. Poch didnt need new players to beat Colchester, Brighton and Sheff Utd so let's stop making excuses for him.

Unbelievable the excuses they make for a manager that cannot beat the likes of Newcastle, Brighton, Watford, Sheffield United and Colchester this season. Even without any spend, he should have been capable of managing any Spurs team to beat that lot at a canter.

He has wasted so much money on not very good players, why give him more money to waste

Janssen
LLorente
N`Jie
N`Koudou
Fazio
Stambouli

That lot cost the club the best part of £70 million. He is a very poor judge of players in the transfer market.

Levy has twice ruined all the good and luck we've had because he is tight and takes things for granted. Both under Harry and now Pochettino he needed to put his hands in his pocket and get the manager a couple of quality players at the peak of the squad.

Instead he just enjoyed it for what it was, a temporary rise, and hoped it continued without investment or players showed their worth and he ripped off one of the bigger clubs with a massive sale.

With Modric and Bale, the quality was never replaced and we squandered majority of the £100m. Now, I bet he held onto his wallet and thought he'd get rid of Eriksen or someone for £100m and use that on signings.

Levy for all his positives has absolutely made equally massive errors on the field. Even the stadium was ridiculously over budget and it's impacting us further than it probably was expected to.

I think he is a very good chairman don't get me wrong but he has also been overrated at times.

Every club has bad signings and with a lower budget what do you expect? Quality signings constantly at the £10m range. That is a lower league club budget and you'll find plenty of bad signings there.

I agree with all the #backporch comments.

And loathe all the anti-Poch comments.

Used to be so thankful we had Levy as our chairman

Now I loathe him

Not true. I want Levy to be our chairman but can he please be more realistic about the funds needing to be invested in to the playing side of the "business".

He's a massive hinderence to success on the field. People thinking a new manager will make any difference to the long term future of Spurs are very much mistaken. The same parameters and limits are in place.

You're in dreamland if you think there's a manager who can come in and do better than what Poch has done under these constraints. Compete with the top clubs with a bottom club budget? Who is this hero?

tbh if a fresh manager came in with a clean slate, no favourites, no baggage, no past comments in the press that people draw on to beat him with, and had exactly the same group of players, i would be surprised if we didn't put together more coherent, tactically astute performances than we are currently seeing. not saying i want Poch sacked, I'm just saying that at the moment he has massive question marks over his managerial ability, and rightly so.. as this isn't a blip... there is absolutely no way on earth that this squad should be a couple of poor results away from a full on relegation battle, but that is exactly where we are. no wins in the next 2 and we are in serious trouble. ive said it before and i will say it again... i reckon the squad could self manage its way to better than 6 wins in 24... its a joke.

I think it's questionable how much he really wanted those players. I mean N'Koudou and N'Jie? Were those really Poch's first in line targets or just the result of our scouts having a current fetish for French league players on the cheap?

He would have had a big input into any of the signings, to say not, is very naïve.
