No BigMc, you explain it. Do you me his record at Southampton, which of course was far less than Ole's at Molde. Or because Ole got fired at Cardiff where the owner interfered and did not back him.
Is it based on this seasons results and style of play, while many people think Spurs have the better squad. Or is it the fact he's never won a trophy.?
