Rose, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Lloris, Sissoko all on a sharp decline imo.
Eriksen is a want away although this could change?
A few players aren’t up to it either I don’t feel (Sanchez, Aurier, Lamela, Davies, Wanyama, Foythe, Dier).
Lot of problems around the corner in that squad I think.
Why do people think he will instantly get them top 4? Did you forget his first season with us? It was absolutely turgid and he arguably had a better squad than Spurs do right now.
One thing I don't think he has is a squad that will lend it's self to playing counter attacking football. Do they even have any wingers (Son I guess is the closest)?

Forgot about Moura, perfect Jose player. Spurs have some real hard workers tbf in the forward and midfield positions and a defence that would be best served sitting deep.
