If I had to design a non Mourinho player Lucas would come pretty close.

He will absolutely love Lamela though.

Trippier would have been his ideal player, full back who puts crosses in.

Ironically Spurs lost their first home game at the new stadium against West Ham last season if I recall correctly so, as they say... full circle.

Ndombele is more like Pogba though with bad fitness.

Although I could see Mourinho push Ndombele further forward and have two players behind doing the defensive work.

Going to be interesting to see how this all plays out

Admittedly I can relate to how many fans feel about Pochettino being sacked (even though reportedly he was asked to step down, but refused according to sources).

This is how I felt when Harry Redknapp was fired so I do sympathize with many on here.

However, this has become a much needed breath of fresh air. Looking forward to our upcoming games now, even if this is a "honeymoon period".
