From what I’ve seen it’s poch is still under contract and getting his monthly wage and if he wants to joint another club they have to negotiate with us a release fee.

Pretty sure I have have seen stuff saying Spurs have paid him off of his contract.

He gets the £12.5m in the summer when he’s free to join another club.
Right now he’s still under contract and any club need to negotiate with us to release him and poch forfeiting the £12.5m
Here’s a article on it although it’s slighty different to what a few people close to our club say

Stinks of Daniel Levy, being able to sack a manager and then demand compensation from the club looking to hire him.
Why would someone leave the 2nd best team in the country to play for a mid table team like Arsenal?

Why did Liverpool hire Woy
Despite the sniggering comments made, I am sure as for a manager's role concerned, the one at Arsenal ranks a lot higher than Leicester's. If you gave Bodger, sorry Rodger an Arsenal contract he would bite your hands off!
Arsenal are a prestigious club that is going through a very bad patch and this happens to every club in the land every so often. United used to be champions every season and Arsenal had an aura about them. I don't see anything approaching that at Leicester.
Spurs are known for the quality of football and being in the top 4 in the last few seasons.
I am sure Arsenal would get their man, at Leicester if they really wanted him.
In this cycle, it's a shame either Big Sam or Tim Sherwood didn't get a job😃😃

Arsenal and other big clubs like Man U are going through a poor spell but that doesn't destroy over a century of history and the recognition received around the world. Arsenal and Utd's fanbase and wealth dwarfs that of Leicester's who frankly no one outside of the midlands had heard of pre-the Ranieri miracle season.
Yes Leicester are better than both clubs in the short-term but unless they obtain ownership from a billionaire who wants to seriously invest in the club from the stadia to training facilities then they will always remain a mid-table club who occasionally fluke the odd trophy. Both Arsenal and Utd however are sleeping global giants who inevitably will come good.
On this basis Rodgers would be a fool to turn down either job and doing so would just prove that despite being an excellent Manager (like Vardy and the likes of Matt Le Tissier before him) he has little ambition and will always be a big fish in a small pond.

It was a one off achievement that probably won't be repeated again for a very long time
It took a combination of many things including the decline of United, Arsenal and the intermittent bad year Chelsea used to have which was that year the Leicester side won it. Not forgetting the surprise element to the the success of it. The surprise element caught out many clubs. Ranieri's tactics of route 1 football helped too.
Good on Leicester to have achieved it, but it no way puts Leicester above the likes Arsenal or United in prestige.
