Played well for the most part today, particularly the first half an hour. Still felt we sat in a bit late on, but we always seem to struggle to maintain tempo late on, regardless of the scoreline or opponent.
Saturday will be tough, but City's defence is far from impregnable. Weirdly, we have a better record at their place than at home against them lately too
The roller coaster season continues...
Some hope for the future, some breathing space for Ole ahead of a very tough fixture and a reminder that we’re not quite as far away from the top four as some people make out.
A good night. There will be bad ones to come, but I’m still fully behind Ole and the boys.
Oh, for a poacher, like Liinaker, in this team.
Or even a Shearer.

Aye.
Enjoyed that last night. Ole and the teams performances against the other big sides surely show some kind of tactical nous, just need to get it right against the lesser sides. Very LVGish. Perhaps not quite as bad, but didn't Liverpool experience something similar in the early days of Klopp? I'm not saying Ole is going to do what Klopp is doing before anyone gets in a twist.

Pathetic
Finish top 4 - Ole gets another Summer window
Dont finish top 4- replace him in the Summer
If we are still 8,9th, 10 come Jan 1st I'd consider a change then
The idea that we’d sack Ole if we finish 5th, regardless of any other factors, is moronic.
I think even Ed Woodward realises this season is more a translational season and can see we have played well in most of our games this season. It isn't like it was under Mourinho when he got sacked.
