Because being a member of the EU means we cant stop murderers and rapists from the EU from entering / remaining in our country and committing terrible crimes.

This is extraordinary. You were able to stop an elected politician from a fellow EU country, the Netherlands, from entering (Geert Wilders who was asked to show his movie Fatwah) but you claim you cannot refuse rapists and murderers from the EU.
Well, you certainly won't be able to after Brexit, because the UK will lose it's access to the EU criminal database, so you won't be able to tell who is a murderer or rapist when they show up with their passport at the border. Also, you will always have a big hole in your borders, the Irish borders, without any checks on who comes in. Unless you want to break the law on the GFA, and Boris wants to break his solemn promise again.

As EU members, we have access to ECRIS, the European Criminal Records Information System. We have real-time access to criminal records data from across the Union which the UK Border Force could use.
We also have real-time access to Schengen II, which has details of 250,000 wanted or missing suspects across Europe. Again, UK Border Force could use this.
The EU’s 2004 citizenship directive makes it clear that the free movement of people within the EU is not an unqualified right and can be restricted on grounds of “public policy, public security or public health”. This means that serious offenders can be denied entry and the right to live in Britain.
Countries across Europe, including, I believe, the two you’ve listed above, actually use this data to turn people away at their borders, as the UK has the absolute right to do.
It’d be even easier for us to police, you’d think, because we only have one land border, and aren’t in Schengen.
You’re just wrong, I’m afraid. You’ve been taken in by misinformation. Sorry.
