I would have no problem if he joined Arsenal, he is a free agent can do what he wants. Not like Campbell, who was still actually employed by Spurs.
As far as I am concerned it would not be a big deal. As I have always said he was an OK manager rather than a great one, so doubt he would do that well at Arsenal anyway if he chose to go there.

I would’ve thought Levy would’ve put a clause in the severance agreement stipulating he can’t go there (or another PL side this season) without some of the compensation being returned
