Someone who knows, please do an analysis of how many first team players Bayern put on the pitch tonight.
I know Coutinho, Muller, ....who else regularly starts for them?
Our "reserves" played tonight and lost 3-1 at Bayern.
Perhaps we should have played our reserves at WHL, since the first team lost 7-2? ...

I’m trying to not to think about last night but it’s frustrating to think that players like Eriksen still get time ahead of players like Seggs , I know they play different positions but you get my point.

I love Poch and was very disappointed when he was sacked, it will take me a while to get over it.
However, last night Jose made 100% the right decision to rest players for a game that was completely meaningless. Kingsley Coman now has a potentially long term injury sustained in a game where Bayern didn’t need to risk him, if that was Kane the. Our season goes down the tube.
My only complaint is that he should have left Sonny at home as well.
The performance looked exactly like it was, a ramshackle side trying to thwart one of the worlds top 5 clubs away from home. It was a hiding to nothing whatever we did, luckily Jose choose the pragmatic option and rested several players before a key match on Sunday.

More like Jose realising that top 4 is a real possibility again if we can win the next 2 games, and then taking the pragmatic decision to rest players to give us a better chance of winning those games.
I understand that people don’t like Jose, I’m not 100% convinced myself, but the premise of this article and the criticism towards him after last night is flawed.

The names were okay the set up wasn’t.
Kwp, Foyth, Sessegnon, GLC all barely featured this season and Dier cannot play back to back games. What on Earth was Jose thinking with that.
