I don't think that's true at all.
What yesterday showed me is that the leave vote was prepared to dump their more traditional allegiances in order to secure Brexit. They were prepared to dump Labour for the Tories.
The remain vote wasn't prepared to dump the Tories for Labour/LD. Given Corbyn was the leader put forward, not sure I can blame them overly.
If we had a second referendum (not that's I'm advocating for one) then it would be another tight call IMO. The country is still pretty much split over this issue, nothing has changed on that front. What we do have now is a clear way forward, for better or worse.

Well, I hope not because more (just over 50%) voted for parties who backed a second referendum or to revoke article 50, meaning we’re pushing through with Brexit despite the majority of people now being against it.

Sandy totally agree with you. This facking caant supporting liverpool and voting for the tories is a disgrace for the shte those facking caants have done to the city of Liverpool. The fat caant Johnson made slurs against Liverpool and those affected by the Hillsborough disaster.

As you know mate I do have my banter with Liverpool supporters re the football bit, but I always stand full square behind the people of Liverpool view their political views. The people from Liverpool are good eggs, they know their political history, and they know what the Tories have done to their city over the course of history.
It makes me sick to think that the miners of Yorkshire, Durham and Derbyshire have betrayed their ancestors by voting Tory, when Thatcher destroyed all their communities in the 1970s and 80s. I just don`t get it.

Bit of a nonsense comment really. Turnout was already 67%. Do you honestly think the result would have been any different had it been 80-90%?
Best case scenario, Tories would have had a lower majority, but still a majority in itself.
Simple facts are the whole of the UK found Corbyn unelectable and the number of people that voted wouldn't change that.
