Depends how bad the injuries to Lovren & Matip are but I’d steer clear of Alderweireld, think he’s past his best.
Going and buying a young CB doesn’t really make sense when we’ve got our own youngsters that could be the same level.

Hoever can play though, got the skill set. Klopp seems to like him at rb atm though.

Matip back in a couple of fans we will be fine. I’m actually happy to see Gomez get a run of games. He was immense at the start of last season and looked like the natural partner for VVD. He needs confidence and games will give him that

Agreed.
I'm actually more concerned about Fabinho injury. We don't have like for like replacement. We need him soon especially vs Leicester and City. He can easily slot in CB.
There was talk that we were interested in Sander Berge of Genk as back up for Fabinho.
Not sure how accurate those stories were though.
Klopp ruled out panic buying a centre back last week because of the injury situation but I feel there is definitely a case for it this time.
In the past we have been able to cope well with Fabinho filling in but don’t even have that option this time round.
Wijnaldum filled in their once when we were absolutely desperate and that can’t be a serious viable option over a long period.
We just have to hope VVD and Gomez stay fit through a really tricky period because if we lose one of them we will have massive problems.

He’s playing in Turkey with Alanyaspor. He was in a bus crash earlier this year travelling back from a game in which a Czech player was killed. Ex Newcastle striker Papiss Ciise was involved in to.

matip will be back in January
lovren will be back by new years 100%

I like Matthias Ginter, always thought he was good at Dortmund and he’s ripping it up with Gladbach at the minute. Klopp knows him and he’s only 25.
Would love a top class Kaiser again!
I suppose we'll know in the new year where we are with the fitness of Matip & Lovren.
We got some difficult games in January : Sheffield Utd, Spurs, Man Utd & Wolves.
I'd rather look at full back cover. Milner and Gomez are a massive drop of quality and Clyne who isnt going to be fit is on a bosman in summer

yesterday's game was frankly stark.
It wasn't like Robertson did something astonishing. he.merely used his formidable engine and the fact he actually has a left foot helped.
I am happy to wait for ki to step up for rb. but we need an lb.
Think that’s why Ake is appealing, he’s good at leftback.
I think we will be looking for a Left back in the summer. Not sure Larouci or Lewis gonna be good enough for the first team.
RB not an issue with TAA & Gomez. Hoever & Neco Williams highly rated.
