2 away wins out of 3 under Jose in the league, when we couldn’t win one for 11 months
We didn’t really deserve it today but who cares. We were 12 behind chelsea in 4th when Jose rocked up. Now it’s only 3 and we play them next.
The Mourinho effect
Verts didnt even play badly it was just a complete mismatch

great 3 points today.....but
Too many instances of giving the ball away too cheaply.
Too many instances of back passing.
Too many instances of ducking tackles. Apart from Lucas, who got stuck in the whole game.
And why do we keep getting free kicks in good positions, only to pass backwards, ending up with the keeper ??
That said, progress being made, and only 3 points off top 4. With most of the tough away fixtures now completed, the second half of the season looks much more rosy.

Spot on. Gotta give Certs an additional point for the goal though.
I think in fast games like these Kane should be experimented dropped back in midfield. He just isnt quick enough to keep up

I really hope when Ndombele comes back he's given the time he should be getting.

Anyone thinks Jose played a masterstroke by bringing in Eriksen in time for the free-kick and the subsequent corner, which was floated to the back?
No one seem to have mentioned this?
That facking mug sizzle will be holding back the tears. We played a good team and won . He told us so though

There's a tendency to get carried away with Mourinho, and yes results have gone our way since he took over, but we have not won anything with him yet and are still in the early stages.
For those getting their sly digs in at Poch like Sandy, remember, results improved even after Mourinho left Man United.

Well he really wasn`t any worse than any of our other defenders. Verts by a countrymile was our worse defender. Fortunately though the popped up with the winner, so not all bad.

Didn't see the game, but Wolves are an excellent team, so it's a huge result. Should be top 4 at Christmas now

Sorry mate, but Mourinho has changed the whole philosophy of the club. Under Pochettino the club were sliding towards oblivion. Under Mourinho the club have now got a winners mentality, and not a losers one. In such a short time he has Spurs on the cusp of breaking into the top four again. He has already won as many Prem games as the previous manager did in his last eight months at the club, with exactly the same set of players.
Massive difference to confidence and results. Anybody thinking otherwise needs to go have a lie down.
