We could have killed this game in the first half poor decision making from some of them due to lacking confidence or average squad however, Torreira was my MOM
A more discerning coach would have hooked Nelson after half an hour.
Pepe should have started ahead of Nelson. We needed to score first whilst on top.
Arteta clearly wants to play the modern way. High press and full of intensity
That was literally our best performance in the league this season.
Decent start for Arteta. The next two games will tell us what he is made of.
Castor you seem happy with Arteta but tbh he looks the best manager we could have got just hope Edu gives him players to work with with confidence.

Arteta wasnt my first choice but he is a forward thinking coach. At least we will have an identity under him
Bournemouth were lucky to escape red for that crunching tackle on Pepe.
Much better performance, haven't seen that collective desire and work rate from us for 90 minutes in a very long time. Even Xhaka & Ozil had decent games. You can already see what Arteta wants from them, higher tempo and much less sideways/backward passing. Given some more time to work with the players we'll start a good run again at last soon, have a feeling it will start with a win against Chelsea in a few days.
Also, after a good first half the ref started to give every decision he could to Bournemouth in the second, it was utterly biased from him and broke up our attacking flow, without that F**kah we may well have gone on to win.
Well done Arteta, we already look like more of a team unit again.
Christ it says a lot when a good performance from us gains a point against a side who sit 16th in the league and since we beat them in October have amassed 3 whole points!
We haven’t won in eleven league games! I’m not putting it down to the manager, it is his first game... but his appointment has not exactly had the confidence boost that other managers have had (Carlo won his first game) Form had to turn around otherwise Arteta will not last.
We don't see what the managers see in training, so hard for us to say such and such player should've started, however I would've like to have seen Pepe come on earlier.
We passed the ball so much better but our finishing is to be desired though.

Not going to blame Arteta for today’s loss, as he’s come into a highly unenviable situation with a group of players that are very weak-minded. But drawing to a Bournemouth side depleted with injuries and 16th in the division is not a good result.
There are positives to take (less likely to concede on the counter, 17 shots, dominating the ball...) but it’s a poor outcome. There’s a lot of work for Arteta to do. I hope he can turn our fortunes around quickly.
We started the game more direct but started to go sideways when the goal went in. Call it lack of confidence, I just think some of our players hide. Its the obvious truth now. We need to bring in at least one player and in my opinion that has to be the engine room in midfield.
Lacazette's miss though was shocking. Most strikers in the premier league would have scored that let alone some who we paid £50m for. The last two seasons of Wenger buying was abysmal.

I have to admit I was expecting a bit of a new manager bounce :/ Ole won his first game at United, Jose won at Spurs, Carlo won at Everton ... I suppose Frank drew his first game.

We have not had that type of possession in a game for a long time and looked a lot more threatening going forward which we have not seen all season
