Pretty fair assessment. I was also surprised to see/hear Fred getting a lot of stick last night.
Of course, Maguire, McTominay, Pogba and Martial should make a difference but the point remains that the squad is lacking star quality as well as experience.
Think you're being overly kind to a few players. Your squad is awful in truth.
Rashford 😂😂

What does that make the teams that are behind us in the league then?
Henderson has to be installed as No 1 next season. De Gea needs to be moved on.
This first 11 of players we own is not that bad.
Henderson
AWB
Smalling
Macguire
Williams
Fred
McT
Pogba
Rashford
Martial
James
Bring in 3 top quality players say van de been, ziyech, Jimenez and keep player's fit we'd be challenging.

Challenging for what?
Top 4 and domestic trophies.... What did you think?
If Ole won the league with that, anything short of knighthood would be a slap in the face...
Generous to label Pereira a squad player. He’s absolute toilet.

To be fair, it’s not such a crazy claim - you could argue that we’re already “challenging for top four and domestic trophies”. I agree we’d need far more than that to be a real force though.
And I increasingly don’t see the point in including Pogba in teams beyond this season: surely he’ll go before then, somehow or other.
Usually just when people say United will be challenging which is why I was checking. We are obviously miles off doing that.
*United challenging they mean for the title
I don’t think Pogba will be here next season
Yeah it’s looking increasingly likely he’ll be off. I can’t blame him, he’s far too good to be wasting his peak years at United.

If yesterday was what challenging looks like I must be getting old...
We've not managed 3 league wins in a row this season... How we're 5th is beyond me...

Pretty reasonable valuations there Process.

........
His performances suggest that we are the right place for him.
How would Rashford score 30-40 in Man City team when he struggles against sides that park that park the bus? Also Rashford has had the most total quality chances in the PL this season and probably going to break a PL record on expected goals for a striker.
Rashford sort of reminds me of Ibrahimovic of 16/17 season scored goals but missed the most important chances that would have won us games so we ended up having a shocking start to a PL season. Rashford this season cost us many points with his misses this season and Ibrahimovic did same in 16/17 season. Both players were the main player to get the chances, both players were near bottom at finishing. Thats the problem when you set team up for one player to get the chances and they are near the worst in PL at finishing= midtable form.
