Hill says he can't apologise for being emotional. No one asked him to apologise for being emotional but it would have been a good call for him to apologise for his rant when he disrespected the fans who pay their money to help pay his wages, the press, and some staff.
“I have not meant to offend anybody. If I have and they can’t deal with it then, unfortunately, that’s life." That statement for me is arrogance and points to the fact that he has no understanding of how to speak to the public and just how stupid and insensitive he is. Let's hope that he learns some manners because at the moment he is sadly lacking in them.
He can bleat on all he likes about passion and being emotional but for me, it doesn't cut it. However, he did see fit to apologise for bleating on about the past. I suppose that is one point he got right.
