this ten year plan is not going to be what you think it meant.

To me there's a lot wrong with the BEN post match comments from KH have a read and think about some of what he says. Do you still see a brighter future under KH ? after last weeks Lostock and two smoking …. episode followed on by last weekends rant along with the left back debacle I was somehow left singing "there could be trouble ahead"

After recent events and the fact that he has let players leave the are better than what we are left with,
the comments he made are quite disturbing. It's to be hoped that he can bring in better players and sort out the whole of our defense.
I don't see him as a manager who will move us onwards and upwards.

If I was part of the consortium I would try for the impossible and contact Sam to see if he would be willing to help out his old club. Fanciful? Yes but the worst that could happen is that he says no.

Not long to now before we go again and a chance for KH to dent Portsmouth's hopes will we see any more new faces in time.
The home crowd turnout could be an indicator as to any damage that's been done lately.

Pasty, I'm not sure it will be a true test as season ticket holders won't want to miss a game to protest against our manager. I think there is discontent but most will probably give him more time. We need to see who he brings in before the window closes. Whether or not he will improve his attitude and the squad remains to be seen.

I personally have changed my thoughts on Hill. So short into his tenure he has already taken the gilding off his personality and also his ability to put together a squad. If you are getting rid of players in crucial positions, surely you should find suitable replacements first. It's what a good manager would do.

At the end of August I said I wasn't overly pleased about Hill's appointment, and after giving him the benefit of doubt I feel that decision was a poor mistake by our new owners.
Again we may be stuck with him until HE decides to leave.

The washing machine has signed on a free for Blackpool. What's all that about?

Pasty you have to remember that the FV consortium is not a football management team with lots of experience. Fans with management experience in other fields yes, so we can't judge them harshly. They are on a massive learning curve and need time. If we do end up being relegated they will have another season to reflect and hopefully put matters right.

I never thought that this would be a quick fix but I did and still hope that we can perform the great escape although with every passing game it does seem as though we will not be able to avoid the drop.

So far the only thing I think I’ve managed to figure out is that we are going to live hand to mouth taking the squad to bits as each window arrives until the embargo is over and done with. What happens then if we get that far will we have the means to sign players on longer term contracts and have the money to compete with the rest in whatever pool we are swimming or will it remain a loan and take apart policy until we hit on a winning formulae.
There can’t be a lot of cash in a kitty hiding somewhere in a cupboard can there waiting for the day the embargo ends perhaps we need to prepare ourselves for what’s to come back in the day it was exciting going on a mystery tour we’ll have to wait and see where this one takes us I think the driver Keith looks a bit of an odd one though I’m worried about a crash.

It is understood Peter Kenyon, who was also linked with takeover attempts at both Bolton and Newcastle United, has been advising Sharon Brittan and the board on several issues – including recruitment - for a number of weeks.

Enter Peter Kenyon Is this where the board realise that KH has told some porkies and mislead them to some extent on how football works.
There's going to be some changes ahead if we are to clean up what's been swept under the Unibol rug out of sight it all needs doing if we are to be fit and healthy for the future to exist.
