I think you have too many ball carriers and passers but not many who can score from midfield like the manager used to and not clinical enough players. Just need someone who can finish the moves. Like what we need too.

Lampard and Abramovich need to stop being furrrking cheap and sign the players we need so secure Champions League football for next season and secure the future of the club.

This so called cycle happens to all teams. We have been beneficiaries and victims of "the nick" just like everyone else. How to break? : Patience...while recalling beginning of season expectations, and failing that, try hiring a really good shaman.
The 1st thing to do is buy a goalkeeper our defence has trust in.
That goal yesterday was a joke, the ball is floated in within a yard of our goal and the keeper does not move.
He could also see the defender was struggling and he still does not move, just a flat hand would have pushed it away for a corner .
The header was soft and the ball was moving slow enough for him to clear it and he flaps at it.
Sorry Frank but spend the money on a new one and maybe we stop panicking every time a ball goes into the 6 yard box
We had issues with 2 other headers in the game as well so you knew where a goal was coming from.
Either be patient and wait for Tammy and other younger players to improve to a level where they take half chances or buy a proven striker who already tucks them away............the choice is yours
