Has she got any money left after buying all those cubic zirconia necklaces and garlic peeling appliances?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Tell me you made her send it back, VOF?
First question in my house is 'how much' before deciding if I like something.

No mate ….. a few choice words and new terms of reference for using that channel now, but to be fair it was dead simple to put up (took literally 3 mins, including lights) in the run up to xmas.
Brentford incumbents are a credit to football.
LUFC Overlords are.....

Shows how desperate this season is becoming when we are doing analytical dissection of us versus Brentford!
You couldn't make it up.
And if Janssen gets the last laugh....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Leeds average 35,000
Brentford 11,000
Just shows what a great job they are doing down there.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Leeds wages are 40 mill.

Don't know about champ wages table - think Chump would be more apt where our Board is concerned!
http://financialfootballnews.com/championship-2018-finances-wages/
Leeds 30 mill, Brentford 18 mill
Since then, AR has publicly stated wages now 40 mill, that's a 33% increase.....
“The club makes losses, in this league it is impossible not to. We are still paying the consequences of my first year because I was inexperienced and we made some expensive mistakes with players, but we haven’t stopped investing. Bielsa and his staff cost £6 million [a year], we bought many other players and I think we have a squad to be promoted. It’s financially not sustainable to keep this level of salary which is now over £30 million, probably £33 million with Marcelo and closer to £40 million with the coaches.”

but they have only once hit the top six and that was 14/15.
--------
Exactly same as us then.
Your point is?

I was t comparing them with us - just stating a fact. They’ve been in the top six once.
I think the only real question is:-
As things stand today, not what or wont happen in the next 11 days, using head not heart, who is more likely to finish the higher us or the Bees?
They certainly look like they've got more sting.

On a fraction of our budget.
I think we are seeing a critical lack of footballing intelligence at LUFC. Our transfers and salary packages, allied to non-existent forward planning, mean that there are no funds to work with at this time of year. The Costa deal, and Bamford before that, are prime examples of crippling business which hamstring our ability to be effective in the market at key times in the season. The four-year contracts handed out to players are another millstone we will struggle to shake off for years to come. If Brentford are the exemplar for resource management at this level, we have a lot to learn.
To be fair, Leeds United has been woeful with transfers and loans ever since he who shall not be named bought the club unseen for £10m!
