At the moment he looks completely lost at a big club. I know he’s young but he has a couple of years of senior football behind him and what we are seeing is not good enough. If Aurier had put in a performance even half as bad as that yesterday from sess he would have been slaughtered. If he wants to play for spurs he needs to knuckle down and address the basics of his game. Confident or not there is no excuse for lack of ball control and giving away needless pens - what was he thinking trying to win that ball from there in the box. Ridiculous.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup. Aurier would have been slated - absolute truth
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I am more lenient with youngsters than I am with 27 year olds
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We haven't got time to be lenient. We need everyone playing well, putting in a shift and fighting for the club.
I've seen absolutely nothing from him that'd suggest that he's giving his all for this club in the 10 games he's played.
Simply not ready. Get over it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah so he's phoning it in now too
We're a shiiit team now who have nothing to play for in the league other than getting Europa league football. We obviously have time to be lenient with young players
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We're 6 points off Chelsea and they're dropping points every week and we have 12 games (36 points to play for) to make up the ground (including Chelsea away).
How do we have nothing to play for?
But hey, let's throw in the towel now and play kids instead.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm talking about being lenient with our only decent fit option at LB who happens to be a teenager winger, not playing the U18s ffs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You clearly said we have nothing to play forand Europa is all we're going to achieve...
You feeling ok, fella?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't think we're going to get top 4 because I think we're shiiite but if you want I can say that mathematically we have something to play for
All good over here hbu doovde?

Never thought id look forward to the day when Ben Davies is back, fit and in the team. But with Aurier being so advanced, so effectively a back 3, he's a good fit. It also frees up Son a bit as i think having an attacking LB has put some burden on Sons defensive workload and he's suffering.
