He was good in the EL for Chelsea though
Thing is, the odds are very much in favour of Martial getting injured considering his ability to pick up knocks and with two games a week pretty much a regular thing after the break if we stay in the Europa a striker is massively needed.
I very much hope Ole ‘throws’ tonight’s game and doesn’t start the ones he needs the most for Wolves and going forward

I disagree. There isn't anything wrong with having the option that a Lukaku type player gives you. But that is all he should be for us - an option. And you can't have a player as valuable as Lukaku and who is on such high wages being that option. That is why I think Mitrovic would be a decent signing. He'd be more likely to be happy being a squad player.

I'd hope that Fernandes would give us a better chance of breaking down defences when we are behind. Nothing wrong with having a big man option too though.

Definitely. It’s all well and good wanting to play pacey, counter attacking football but 70/80% of the teams we play won’t let us play that way. A Giroud or a Mitrovic would be immensely important against teams who pack the defence.
