Maybe I am wrong. I don't study Liverpool's injuries. I just don't recall seeing the team missing any of it's really important players for any sustained period.
And I don't think it's unfair to say that your key players are your full backs, VVD and the front three. You play through these areas of the pitch and central midfield is quite operational from what I have seen. it's not a dig or an attempt to try and twist the point.

Id point to losing Alisson and Fabinho as key plsyers though and weve dealt with them. So we could presume we would deal effectively losing a VVD or Mane.
Klopp just seems to know how to make the system work with lesser players.

I also agree you could cope with Mane or Salah, individually.
But I do wonder about VVD and your fullbacks - it just feels like so much goes through them.
It's nothing to be ashamed of. Liverpool have built a fantastic team for a fraction of the cost that City have, and City haven't coped at all well with injuries!

Biggest load of tripe ive read for a while, doesnt even realise part of the reason our games are dull and boring is because the opposition park the bus and attempt to do exactly what he thinks would somehow catch us out. Doesnt realise what has happened to teams that have tried to go toe to toe with us, not even city can and peps changed his way for possibly the first time in his career because of it last season.
Klopps adapted our game yes its less heavy metal football but its efficient and more sustainable over a season with a lot of games with a squad that cost 300m less than cities on a personal net spend of 15m a season. But by no means are we boring, unless you’re a bitter rival fan praying for something that never comes just clean sheets and 3 points but thats frustration not boredom. Pretty wasteful infront of goal, and when teams have to open up more vs us our football improves too. Soon as wham came out and had to go for it more second half they got smashed on the counter then opened up with lovely ppay numerous times second half that salah header was one of the best bits of play seen all season, some of the stuff from bobby and mane etc and watching a player like vvd play football and alisson if u think that is boring this aint the sport for u pal.

Liverpool will find it tougher next year, no doubt. At bare minimum all big rivals will be much further along in their rebuild, this alone will make it much more competitive.

thats what i expect, but then again it could go horribly wrong OGS Arteta Lampard Mourinho etc get sacked and theyre back at square one, Pep might walk. All of these more likely than Klopp leaving. I expect City to chuck another 200m at it, and have a squad half a billion more expensive than Liverpools either way.

Man City realistically wouldn't finish 6th no matter who was in charge. Their squad, even now, is still streets ahead of everybody else's and they will only add to that in the summer I imagine.
Leicester have potential, but it's about if they can hang onto their better players really for now. Then it's up to how they replace Vardy.
No media is protecting Frank Lampard, Ole is miles behind him and has spent so much more money and has more experienced players available to him. Yeah Chelsea have struggled recently, but they are still 4th regardless and still in charge of their own destiny so don't really see what the argument is over him doing a poor job, because he isn't.
United could finish 5th or 15th, they are all as bad as each other between them positions really.
Spurs need to rebuild, get rid of who doesn't want to be there and build around the players who do. Jose might do it given the investment and time required.
Arsenal's PL finish is already cemented in 6th place next season I think.

4 points separating Newcastle in 14th and Man United in 5th. To me that shows sides that are all as bad as each other.
The fact Burnley were being questioned after 4 defeats on the spin and were in some danger of being sucked into the relegation battle are now only 4 points off a European place (within 2 games as well) speaks volumes of this.
Going from a potential relegation fight to a potential European place within the space of a couple of games shows the lack of quality from the sides between 5th and 14th. Facts don't lie I'm afraid.

If you truly believe United may finish as low as 14th then I don’t credit you with much football knowledge and I hope for your sake that you don’t engage in gambling.
Why can't they? Just because they are "Manchester United"?
Fair enough, they have a better squad than all the other teams they are only 4 points (or less) in front of, but that's the not whole story though is it. Football isn't a game of who has better players. Ole is a poor, poor manager and don't let your victories against Man City prove that is any different. The players are in disarray, well out of confidence and there is far too much negativity and controversy around the club to even consider them a big gun at the moment.
Just because you're a brand, doesn't mean you can't finish 14th. You're branded as a top 6 club based off your size and wealth and nothing more at the moment. I don't think United will finish 14th this season, but there is still a very real possibility of that.
And in your regards to betting, I stuck a bet on Spurs to beat Ajax away 3-2 using in-game betting when they were 2-0 down. I even called it on this particular site at the time. Thank you very much.

A team that smashes all the records are not going to be remembered? No because that never happens in football does it OP. Yeah you make a fair point you know, who ever remembers the record breakers? Different when City got over 100 points and everybody was creaming themselves over them. Just because it's a 1 team league now doesn't mean they are boring. Somebody who needs to brush up on this Liverpool side I think.
Man City realistically wouldn't finish 6th no matter who was in charge. Their squad, even now, is still streets ahead of everybody else's and they will only add to that in the summer I imagine.
Leicester have potential, but it's about if they can hang onto their better players really for now. Then it's up to how they replace Vardy.
No media is protecting Frank Lampard, Ole is miles behind him and has spent so much more money and has more experienced players available to him. Yeah Chelsea have struggled recently, but they are still 4th regardless and still in charge of their own destiny so don't really see what the argument is over him doing a poor job, because he isn't.
United could finish 5th or 15th, they are all as bad as each other between them positions really.
Spurs need to rebuild, get rid of who doesn't want to be there and build around the players who do. Jose might do it given the investment and time required.
Arsenal's PL finish is already cemented in 6th place next season I think.

My apologies, 14th then.
4 points separating Newcastle in 14th and Man United in 5th. To me that shows sides that are all as bad as each other.
The fact Burnley were being questioned after 4 defeats on the spin and were in some danger of being sucked into the relegation battle are now only 4 points off a European place (within 2 games as well) speaks volumes of this.
Going from a potential relegation fight to a potential European place within the space of a couple of games shows the lack of quality from the sides between 5th and 14th. Facts don't lie I'm afraid.

If you truly believe United may finish as low as 14th then I don’t credit you with much football knowledge and I hope for your sake that you don’t engage in gambling.

Why can't they? Just because they are "Manchester United"?
Fair enough, they have a better squad than all the other teams they are only 4 points (or less) in front of, but that's the not whole story though is it. Football isn't a game of who has better players. Ole is a poor, poor manager and don't let your victories against Man City prove that is any different. The players are in disarray, well out of confidence and there is far too much negativity and controversy around the club to even consider them a big gun at the moment.
Just because you're a brand, doesn't mean you can't finish 14th. You're branded as a top 6 club based off your size and wealth and nothing more at the moment. I don't think United will finish 14th this season, but there is still a very real possibility of that.
And in your regards to betting, I stuck a bet on Spurs to beat Ajax away 3-2 using in-game betting when they were 2-0 down. I even called it on this particular site at the time. Thank you very much.
