Don't need to eat before or during work, omelette or something around 3 or 4pm. Couple of black coffees in the day.

5-6 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bread and yoghurt.

Only joking.

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a glass of champagne - it's the only way to start the day.

Full English all day breakfast. 2 x each of sausage, bacon, egg and black pudding, pile of chips, beans, toast, fried tomatoes and mushrooms. All washed down with a big mug of coffee...or maybe it was just a couple of slices of toast

Never eat breakfast, don't have time. Normally have some fruit around 10.

I never touch breakfast during the week, no time for that and it's such a slog, been that way since a kid. I just wait until lunch then kick the erse out of it.

At the weekends though i'm all about the scrambled egg, halloumi and smashed avocado on toast at the moment or two sunny side up eggs on toast if i cba.

Its more unhealthy to skip breakfast from what I've read.

Have a nice breakfast and skip lunch instead or have fruit etc. Keeps you light and on your feet throughout the day. Have another meal in the evening preferably a couple hours before bed.

Depends what you mean by healthy. In term of calories etc it doesn't matter when you eat.
In terms of energy etc it depends on the person, i'm just usually not hungry in the morning. A smoothie or banana is enough. I still usually have my most productive time in the morning.
