The emails which City have admitted as existing is some evidence that allows UEFA to take action. Which they have with a 2 year ban..
Ah well it was good to have Man City as a pacemaker for a few seasons to actually separate the elite from the chaff.

There’s a reason that the only thing City have said about the emails is that they were stolen and out of context though.
I've heard on reasonably good authority that Pinto tried to blackmail City before he sold the emails to Der Speigel. City have a recording of the conversation.

Should that actually be the case it actually gives greater weight to the validity of the emails. (Not that Man City have denied them)
