Basically incredulity that their personal comma could be made available and used to demonstrate their efforts to avoid FFP.
FFP is a part of the directives which clubs including Man City had to sign up to in order to play in UEFA competitions.
So, in signing upto it, to then try and avoid it demonstrates absolute hypocrisy from Man City.
