Wilder has not got the ability to redesign his style. He is a knockout artist, and he will still believe he can knock Fury out with one punch.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Disagree. He doesn't box particularly well but just relies on his power. Tyson has the better of him. The rematch makes no sense for either boxer. Whyte v Wilder next maybe.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry, realised you said he doesn't have the ability. I agree then

bare in mind all them belts AJ has are actually Fury's he never actually lost them in the ring and now he's claimed the only one he didn't have - WBC

Just needs to win back his belts then he's undisputed officially

Wilder cited some injuries issues in the lead up to this camp and mentioned the corner stopping the fight. Make no mistake, this guy still believes he can beat Fury.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
don't all boxers though? Wilder spent 3 hours last time saying he broke his hand so his power was slightly reduced and that's why fury got up

Wilder has been ducking Whyte so I can't see him fighting him.

Wilder is in a similar position to AJ after the Ruiz loss. Take the rematch or watch the belts go to foreign shores for good. A lot of people thought AJ should not take the rematch but he won and got his control and belts back. Wilder knows that he needs to do the same.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only beating Ruiz was a much easier proposition for Joshua than beating Fury is for Wilder. It's very likely he'd just get dominated again. Joshua did what he should have done in the first fight and dictated with his jab. Wilder only has his right hand as his weapon and Fury showed how to nullify it.

wilder had his chance when fury was vulnerable and ring rusty and still out of shape and still lost. Now, no chance

Wilder hurt Fury in their first fight even in round 12 so Wilder knows he just needs one shot. He'd make adjustments going into the 3rd and im not saying he would win but he would feel confident as he was never truly stopped flat out, his corner threw in the towel/
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Wilder has basically lost 2 fights against Fury. All he has as positive memories from both fights really is tbat one big knock down which Fury got back up from. The rest, Fury has absolutely dominated.

If he is going to wage everything on 1 punch in 19 rounds then he is stupid. Fury is miles ahead of him and he knows it. It makes no sense for either fighter to trigger the rematch. Wilder still has options for big fights.

Looking back at that first fight now and how much Fury dominated this one, you can kind of see how much Fury being fitter makes a difference. As much as Wilder does possess that one punch power, I think those knockdowns in the first fight were as much about Fury being rusty in the ring and not completely fit.

Perhaps the injuries or whatever he says wasn't right prevented him from landing but his punching power never proved much of a threat at all after the first couple of rounds.

fury wouldn't of had any punch resistance in the first fight either first punches he really took for 2-3 years

The fight today should give every one of those opponents hope. Wilder got put down twice by someone who isn't even known as a big puncher. Would have been put down by Ortiz too in the first fight had there been a few more seconds on the clock.

Yes I know feel like an idiot for the comment I made about Fury being fitter counting against him.

I did bet different though put 10 on fury in 7-12 on sky bet. Got me 90 quid
