Think is Wahl Werner is 23 and playing in an inferior league to the PL, La Liga etc. He may not be the first name on the team sheet, and used to rotate to start with, but then he brought in on a more permanent basis later on. Klopp has got history of doing this.

No guarantee he’ll start for Real etc either

He’s one of the best forwards in the world. Why would he accept being a sub player anywhere

Put it this way, why would Werner join Liverpool to have the situation you described when he could join Chelsea and be our talisman for example? It just doesn’t make sense.

You’re asking one of the best forwards in the whole world to sign for one of maybe two or three teams in the entire world where he wouldn’t be a guaranteed starter and one of the first names on the team sheet. It’s ridiculous. It’s like if oblak decided he wanted a move and joined Man City to sit on the bench for Ederson instead of joining almost literally any club where he would start

And Werner has said he WANTS to play for Liverpool
