I think a ten year ban from transfer activity, a two year ban from all club competition and a £2Billion fine would be appropriate here.
Such shocking behaviour.
they have already accepted the out of court settlement. They can't go back on that.
Besides we are one of the European elites so cant be touched.

No smoke without fire you say? I agree.
We must get to the bottom of this skullduggery.
They all agreed a confidentiality agreement as well, so nothing else should be revealed.
I’d say there’s a strong chance that this was done by individuals without the knowledge of the hierarchy, which is why more wasn’t made of it at the time.

Yeah, if City were sure that they had nothing to hide themselves and that Liverpool as a club were guilty, then I’m sure they’d have gone for the jugular back then.
This’ll just be the Mirror looking for something that isn’t there.

That's correct.
It was down to City to change the passwords for the scouts who moved to Liverpool. Or even better, remove all their access from the system. Basic security failure right there
I love how the media (and idiots who don't know what the term means) call it hacking when it's someone accessing a system with their login credentials.
A lot of people do this when they change jobs and then alert their former employers to the accounts they still have access to.
