I just don't like his style of play. I don't think he'll ever change, no matter how much he cares.
He is what we have been crying out for. For ages we have lacked a midfielder who can step up and produce a moment of magic from the penalty spot against lower opposition. We have relied far too much on Rashford to pull something out of the hat from the penalty spot. Not since Pogba have we had someone capable of contributing similarly from 12 yards. Exciting times ahead, from the penalty spot.

I think I’m one of the few that really wants Pogba to stay, I’m hoping he can see that the midfield is improving and will want to be a part of that. I think he just feels a bit let down with how long it’s taken to correct the issues and get competitive.
Starting to be able to control games a little better now in midfield and it's helping the attack and the defence, who would've thought eh?
Fernandes has been and will continue to be a perfect signing for us, we finally have someone capable of distributing free Bakker flaming into midfield.
McT being back is a boost too, really adds to the middle of the park physically and looks horrible to play against, he's still underrated imo, gets better every game and looks to have the mentality to see him keep improving for a while yet.

Irrespective of whether he decides he wants to stay, there is just too much of a circus around hi with his agent. He'd have to get rid of his agent for me to want him to stay now, and that isn't going to happen.
Last night there looked to be a togetherness about the squad. I think that the arrivals of Bruno and Ighalo have helped to knit squad closer together somehow and I don't see how Pogba fits into those dynamics when you have his agent mouthing off every week.

It works, no doubt about it... I think some people still underrate McT, he could really be the genuine article (as, it seems, is Bruno). I think Fred is probably the one that could be upgraded, but he could also continue to get better too.
All I know is that I am quite happy and positive about the current situation, including Pogba probably leaving.

Invest in a partner for McT/competition for Fred and we’re looking good in CM.
I think Pogba really is going, and with the system Ole is going to play, that isn’t a problem.
Then there’s the question about Matic, who has demonstrated he’s a superb squad option over the last few months. Is he benefiting from playing fewer games? And do we hold on to him for one more season?
And does the club trust Garner to step up?
I’d be happy with the following, with Fred in rotation, Matic basically as cover and Jimmy starting cup games.

I disagree he’s clearly a brilliant player and to say he does nothing in 80% of the games is rubbish, he put some ridiculous numbers up last season in a team that was struggling. The club just hasn’t played to his strengths and the coaching has been laughable tbh.
