It was actually in reference to me saying he hasn't been tested against top opposition consistently so I found it a little odd to list a game that he was absolute rammal in against top opposition.

I don't think anybody is trying to point score. Quite simply people are stating that AWB is not the best right back in the league and it's only United fans stating this. As I said before, the suggestion is laughable, in fact delusional.

Yeah I know. I think the fact that saying he hasn't been tested much against top opposition is a fair one to be honest.

He's had a mixed bag against top opposition, which is pretty much what you'd expect even for good defenders.

Who are all of these United fans saying he is the best RB in the league, other than Matth? Most have quite rightly stated that TAA is better going forward while there is a strong case for preferring AWB defensively.

The problem for Hoody is that he stated he had 'not' been tested against top opposition. When was pointed out that he had been tested against top level opposition e.g. City and funnily enough Liverpool. The goalposts were shifted the position to not being tested on a consistent basis. Which is also flawed since they play in the same league against the same teams.

Irwin was better than both of them.
