You are aware of this happens its another season in the europa for you too yeah?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Id take another ropey if this happened
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Fair enough, id rather see my own team prosper as opposed to worrying about the opposition but whatever floats your boat mate.

I honestly would prefer Liverpool to win the league this season if a Coronavirus cure was found.

It didn’t happen though.

Were you watching American TV yesterday morning. No.

So don’t tell me what I watched.

Unlike you I don’t have a penchant for lying.

I didn’t say you lied - just that you aren’t bright enough to know what you were watching.

Apparently there’s not enough data to say whether someone can contract the virus twice. Seems that relapses can happen, but contracting the virus twice is a different matter as the there’s not been enough time needed to be able to determine whether someone has actually rid themselves of the virus and then caught it again.

Seems the experts don’t know if it’s relapse or reinfection so both possibilities are plausible

But apparently VC said a WHO spokesman said that you can get it twice.

Bright enough thank you. I am not the only one telling you the same thing.

Florian Krammer, a virologist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, told the New York Times it’s unlikely people are being infected for a second time.

“I’m not saying that reinfection can’t occur, will never occur, but in that short time it’s unlikely,” he said.

Seriously, do you honestly think the Football League would allow the whole season to be rendered null and void across the Country?

There will be bloody riots

And if that were the case then I’m sure the WHO would have put out an official statement declaring this information, and I don’t think they have.

All the available information suggests they don’t actually know for certain whether you can or not.

All jokes aside here, surely yous want the season to finish no? As it stands yous are the form team in the country, yous have a very good chance of winning the europa and are in my opinion 2nd favourites for the fa cup. Id also be fairly confident yous will claw back 1 of chelsea or Leicester. All in all IF they are achieved a pretty successful season and 1 that would give yous a cracking platform to build on for next year.

Surely that is more important than the slight inconvenience that we are going to win a league that has been a formality for weeks now?

How will you cope

People here not understanding this is like the most dangerous disease the world has ever seen. No one really cares about football over lives of people. This is something you would see in movies or the simpsons, not real-life. Just hoping someone finds a cure for it otherwise only way to stop it spreading is staying indoors for at least 2 weeks.

😂 We’ll regret it sadly. But tbf it might be a long time before football gets back to normal so it’s the last thing on my mind. Keeping loved ones alive is the real battle

Agree there mate 100%. Id personally prefer a blanket postponement for now. Then pick up as and when they can. Rattle through the remaining games mon/wed/fri for 3 weeks. Then after that do the same with europa and champs league. Scrap euros until next summer.

Domestic leagues have to take precedence. Thats nowt to do with the fact we are going to win the league, thats actually probably 1 of the more irrelevant points. But teams battling for champs league places, europa places, relegation and promotion cant have their efforts for 2 3rds of a season taken away from them.

If you honestly think your own club would take it on the chin that yous have to just play in the europa again next season I think you underestimate the power of your own club.
