It is clear it is cancelled for finance primarily.

Why Wishart said yesterday it is all or nothing - no games behind closed doors though don't think they had a leg to stand on legally if clubs asked players to carry out their job? Obviously the broadcasters were not going to cover it so the clubs fall in line. There will be other mayhem.

If we are cancelling football as far out as June ie the Euros then I doubt we will play domestic stuff before that.

The Euros is more complicated higher risk given the international travel mind you.

They would need to make that call quite soon as if it goes ahead the games need played.

They should probably just cancel the Euros now and where possible and safe get the domestic stuff finished.
