My partner & I are self isolation, going for walks weather permitting.
Fortunately we also have a big garden, over 100 yards long and we can keep busy there preparing for the growing season

Gardening is good..it will increase your immunity by in contact with a lot of bacteria in the soil.
After 2-10 shift I take my dogs about 20 yards down the road to a large green for a game of ball. Just got back infact. My two young dogs can burn off lots of energy before bed. It will take more than the army to stop me doing something ive done nearly every night for the last 12 years with previous pets. I walk the dogs in a large woodland an hour every day before or after work also, so plenty of fresh air for me atm, absolutely don't wanna stop doing that.
1man drives to a secluded beauty spot on the south coast. CCTV watches him him enter but doesn’t see him leaving. In fact, 1man is never seen again.
