We do have a bit more time for the start of next season as if I remember correctly leagues were having to move there seasons around for the Qatar world cup so now might be a good time to do that.
As for finishing this season it's really not looking possible. I do feel very sorry for Liverpool although they are being extremely professional about it
UEFA and FIFA will adjudicate on what countries’ leagues do. Their decision should be made in the near future and stop speculation and bring about a degree of certainty.

What was that fine from UEFA the other day all about, were we late out at half-time and it annoyed the telly so we got fined?
The Rangers fine I am guessing was the buckfast bottle but hey-ho that was inevitable so doubt the board would have been sideswiped by that one.
Ally McCoist is urging players to follow his example and take a pay cut as he and his players did in 2012was his salary not massive for the 4th tier the cheeky kant
The English game is in a state of high anxiety as an eye watering £1B bill could be in the post if they cant complete their season and need to be playing by July, hell mend them they have so many clubs that have ran well outwith their means for a good while from the top division down. What does this mean for up here? Well it means that the unrealistic English view may well for once not be copied by our idiots and they might have to make a decision for themselves.
And finally Rangers have said a big fook you to Covid-19 and are just battering on with their plans and schedules regardless and season books will be on sale from next week.
Hope you are all safe gents, any opinions on the above a welcome change in lockdown to COVID-19 chat.

Celtic sent out their renewal forms last week.
I had a phone call from Manchester United yesterday to remind me that their "early bird" offer would run out soon. You can imagine my reply.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Guess Lex didn’t notice this when trying to have a dig at Rangers 😂😂😂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Now now remember the rules, Elite.
Only negative when Rangers do it.
Only positive when Celtic do it.
Realistically all clubs will be trying to see what they can bring in, what announcements are made then sometough decisions will be made at all clubs.
Naturally some will be more severe than others.
For some of you just read close brothers (JA fvckin bingo)
See if the season is declared null and void, are individual results declared null and void as well?
Why are you UEFA being left to make decisions regarding Scottish football? That should be for the SFA to decide upon. If they can't make decisions on this then why are they in their positions?
FWIW, I don't like the idea of playing behind closed doors and I can't see the season being finished. I'd personally stop it now and have reconstruction which I think is the only solution. No relegation from any league.

The SFA are full of dusty, crusty blazer wearers who sit and wait until they are pushed. It would be refreshing if they could make a decision but I suspect that they don’t want to upset people. No matter what the decision is, someone is going to be unhappy. Hey ho.

170 of the fckrs, zero football being played or to administer yet they could only find 50-60 to furlough?

What about player contracts? Can clubs extend for 6 months?
————————————-
Legal minefield. I would say no, not involuntary.
2 players out of contract, one wanted the other not. The wanted one wants away, the unwanted one wants to extend and they ‘force’ the wanted one into an extension and let the other go.....? Can’t work. Every club will have different views depending their financial state and who they have OOC.
Even if they try a countrywide scheme to force it an all players they’d have to get the union to agree. They are supposed to look after the players interests and it would only take a few high profile legal actions to blow it out the water.
UEFA, FIFA and the SFA are all as bad as each other when it comes to decision planning.
Obfuscation and delay until they have to do something and you know even then it will always be fluffy and pass the buck down the line.

In amongst all the debate, conjecture, and disagreements, I don’t think this should be forgotten or can be argued with.
SCOTTISH football bosses have provisionally been given a new late July deadline to complete their league season - at least a week earlier than their English counterparts.
The SFA were one of the 55 national associations who took part in a Uefa video-conference yesterday, which broke up with the European governing body formally scrapping their original deadlines for nominating each nation's champions and Europa League participants in time to begin qualifying for 2020-21.
While Uefa formally said only that new deadlines would be confirmed in due course, the small print in the document suggests some potential alternative dates.
On the face of it, this gives associations a little bit of additional wriggle room to squeeze in matches after delays caused by the coronavirus pandemic.
With an estimated £750million on the line in cash from broadcasters and sponsors, Premier League clubs in England could decide to attempt to use this breathing space in an attempt to get matches played behind closed doors during July.
As one of Europe's top 15 ranked nations in the co-efficient system, they are likely to have until August 3 to wind up their 2019-20 domestic campaign and nominate their continental entrants for next season.
