If I was in London right now, which I am not, I'd be running up & down Parliament hill, at a safe distance from everyone else.
Ten times from the ponds to the top and back should do it.

Bit more difficult for you in and around Edmonton, although if I remember you do have a couple of parks like Pymmes.
Although I would think you might encounter far more people than I do on my walks.🚶♂️

I live in Enfield mate, and I have a footpath running along the back of where I live, so not to bad. If we say go out at 9.00, usually meet nobody or maybe the odd dog walker, and we are back for 9.30. It is better than nothing.
