The majority of the posts on here are telling us what a car crash life has been like since the 2010 GE so surely the question to those who believe that is why can't Labour beat them?

Don't say the media because thats Lame. As I said earlier the red wall didn't collapse because of Telegraph or Mail readers and one of the reasons Boris is after the BBC is because he believes their election build up coverage favoured Labour.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Same reason Adolf got voted in in the 1930s. Brainwash the masses into thinking sections of the community are all to blame for everything that is going wrong in the country, and Bingo you get elected.

A perfect combination of Brexit is going to be wonderful, and Corbyn is a terrorist traitor pumped out 24/7 for two or three years, and there you have your Bingo. All the previous 10 years forgotten at a stroke.

Simple Government for a Simple Electorate.

Its not really up for debate tbh and I think Paul us giving people like himself far too much credit.

I expect people trying to get elected to lie it would be naive to think otherwise.

think it's just the people labour put up, ed milliband looked like a lost boy stuttering and muttering all the time, corbyn was racist against jews and wanted to scrap our nuclear defense system, and now the new leader let jimmy saville off the hook when he was head of CPS they shoot themselves in the foot everytime

Sadly a lot of people do this and it’s one of the reasons we are in such a mess. Policy is irrelevant to some.

problem is policy is all BS because they never end up sticking to 90% of it anyway

Oscar is a classic propaganda victim, he reads papers like the Mail and Sun and it influences his views. Sadly, a lot of people like him are victims of this in the country.

If he turned on his brain, he’d see the Conservatives and it’s leader has a history of anti semitism and islamophobia rife through their ranks. But the media doesn’t talk about it, so he wouldn’t know.

The decision to pick the wrong Miliband was a disaster that Labour have never recovered from.

Resorting to insults because they can’t handle the truth.

To be fair if i had £1 for every time disaster and labour appeared in the same sentence i'd probably be a multi millionaire

Even Blair was a tory really wasn't he

Policy is bullshiiiiiiit so let’s just vote based on the personality of the pm (the local mp doesn’t enter the equation). This thinking is why politics is such a mess in this country.

posted on 11/4/20

Does anyone know what happened to the investigation into the islamophobia that’s rife in the Conservative party? It’s just Boris Johnson said it’ll happen if he’s elected.

I mean it’s not like hate crime against ethnic minorities doubled considerably under 10 years of Tory rule is it?

Er no Corbyn isn't racist against Jews at all. Stop regurgitating nonsense you may have been reading in the rags. It's like me saying Johnson is racist against the Muslims.

Nearly half of Conservative party members would prefer not to have a Muslim prime minister, a survey into the scale of Islamophobia in the party has suggested.

The poll, carried out by YouGov for the anti-racism group Hope Not Hate, also found that more than two-thirds of Tory members believe the myth that parts of the UK are under Sharia law, and 45% think some areas are not safe for non-Muslims.

Half of the party’s members think that Islamophobia is a big issue, but only 8% believe it is a problem within the party, the survey found.

Any Tory’s got something to say about this?
