It has been a total mess start to finish but all clubs ALL of them would obviously have an axe to grind from their own perspective?

Doesn't work well with others and is a disruptive influence on the players.
Steven also spends more time watching the premier league than he does his own work. Constantly watching liverpool fc when he should be concentrating on his own job.
He is also a stubborn pupil that wont change anything when things are going bad and constantly repeats the same mistakes.
Sadly I see no improvement in his work and recommend that he repeats his year again.
