Most companies I have worked with should allow you to go straight to external independent source of your concern relates to the those on the audit process. As would absolutely be the case here.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Never known it in my long career and never demanding sackings and suspensions before it even happens.

I have direct experience of it. Was national committee member on one of the UK's biggest trade unions.
Whistleblowers can absolutely be protected from internal investigation if their concerns relate to it.
Can't say I've ever seen sackings before an investigation though. Didn't know rangers had requested that.
Suspensions yes depending on the allegations, sackings no.

Don’t bother Ginger apparently the sense of entitlement is do watp within some bears that the whole process should be started because they said so and then and only then will the superior genius investigative body that is Rangers Football Club Club reveal their dossier much like Herclule Poiroit and the 12th hr 🤣
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No because anyone can see it was a shambles and other clubs have backed rangers resolution.
Are you saying you think this was handled properly by the spfl?

What do Rangers have to gain? Just an honest answer please👍
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Probably nothing but I don't get your point
What's the end game here Super? Celtic's stance is clear. What do you want to happen, ultimately?
The irony in all this is that rangers really don’t want the remaining games played - as Celtic win the league anyway. Then they have to face the elephant in the room - another failure Manager with a back room team costing a fortune.

My point is just why are Rangers Making statements about dossiers and what do they hope to achieve the resolution has been passed by over 80% of the clubs is your end game simply to sack 2 people who sit on the board with one of your own board members I don’t get it.

Appeasement & deflection about sums it up👍

ultimately? A clear out of the SPFL. They are incompetent at best corrupt at worst.
In terms of the league though a proper solution would be nice.
Neither null and void or the proposal that the SPFL want to force through are right. It probably needs to be one or the other though and honestly i no longer care which.
Looking as a nuetral at the EPL for example. DO i think Liverpool are champs? yes
DO i think teams should be relegated based on their positions? No
Its horrible and someone needs to decide either way.
That decision however shouldn't be with a gun to your head. horribly flawed voting process and at best influence exerted to force through your preferred option and at worst bullying and corruption.
I genuinely don't understand why people wouldn't want this investigation
Mind we're going for a 4th treble. As Lenny said we want to do it on the pitch. Pray tell of a more honourable stance ffs.
Not sure there was ever one at the time of DougieDougie-gate either?

To be honest, you’ve been really vociferous throughout this whole issue, and you do seem to really care about it.
As for the rest, most of what you say is anecdotal. A resolution agreed by the board of the SPFL was put to its members, and 81% agreed. I’ve no idea who would allegedly be doing the bullying, and what they would be able to bully all these clubs with. There’s been chairmen have came out and said they weren’t bullied, and probably whilst they didn’t agree with all of the resolution, they felt it was the best solution available.
The vote was taken under company law, yet we’re to believe that there were so many clubs weren’t aware of how this works? As to the loan solution, again all these chairmen weren’t aware of this-or were they aware of it and felt that it wasn’t a solution that was viable?
I still think that rangers have information that is nowhere near close enough to raise a concern about bullying or anything untoward. There may be enough to agree that it could have been handled better, but we’ll probably never know as there may never be an independent inquiry, and it’ll remain unknown for ever more. It’ll be a sound bite brought up by fans though for years to come.
SPFL and Deloittes will be raging that they have not met TRFC standards.
