What a desperate OP CS.
It's close to a meltdown.
You're not coping well with the boot being on the other foot in this new period of Rangers dominance.

It all felt quite revolutionary and innovative back then.

An exciting concept

Not sure if its worked mind you.

Since this mess started, Rangers have released no fewer than 8 statements on it and they're one of the few clubs who had nothing to play for

Plus it was on this fateful day 6 years ago that Stevie Gee started slipping and hasnt really been able to regain his footing since

I obviously don't remember it but was it as bitter a discussion across all the teams? Especially for those missing out on the top tier?

What was interesting is that Ferranti Thistle were added to create the balance of teams. They became they team I know of Meadowbank Thistle (I assume they played somewhere near Hearts).

They then became Livingston who are part of the top tier furniture now

I thought it went through quite easily though I do stand to be corrected on that.

On paper much more to play for.

It was if I remember agreed the season before so a real competition to get in the top 10.

I was only a kid at the time (honest) but was in to it much more than the pass time its now has become.

Not sure what the criteria was for them getting in.

Playing at Meadowbank was cool though and my buddy Darren Jackson is/was their most famous son.

Going by the latest reports, the reconstruction talks are progressing well as it turns out they may not reduce the cash allocation to the Premiership clubs if the league is increased which would mean it only needs 8 votes in favour and not 11.

It's an interesting argument to watch once the word is about that there's something evolving. In the grand scheme of course, whatever may come, the world keeps revolving.
The blazers are guilty of overegging everything. They say the next big thing is here, and that the revolution's near.
But personally, it seems quite clear that it's just a little bit of history repeating.

I'm quite happy with a 14 team league or even a 16 team one but make it for a good few years and not just a sop to Hearts and Thistle.

Then there's the bit of me about Hearts and particularly Budge who seems hell bent on upsetting as many club chairmen as she can that says fwck them and relegate them

I can't believe they are trying to push this as a short term measure, hearts really are bawsacks man

longer league but one which will still allow 4 big games between the top 7/8 games.

4 old firms thank you please.

My suspicion too.

Also think they know that they won't get their EGM and even if they did that they wouldn't get the 75% vote, so they're trusting that their reasonable request is simply turned down which to them and their support fans the flames of conspiracy and corruption accusations. Or even that we just all run out of time.

So where I am now is I want this information shared with every club and I would really want it in the public domain.

Either I am wrong and Rangers do indeed have a case for crying foul; in which case why keep the evidence for so long?

Or Rangers think they have a case, but on examination they don't.

Or it's all a pile of nonsense designed to cause havoc and call enough question into the SPFL that the next step would be to go for null and voiding the league.

As ever etc....
