Ones I can watch at any time, any episode and will always guarantee I laugh:
US Office
King of Queens
Modern Family
As a teen did used to love the Thursday night offering of Men Behaving Badly followed by the Royle Family followed by Game On.
Curb your enthusiasm
Always Sunny In Philadelphia
Parks & Recreation
Pretty much everything I liked/like already nentiomed.
Love Blackadder (even s1), can watch OF&H time and time again. The IT Crowd I have watched loads, Peep Show, just recently done Red Dwarf up to s10 (9 and 10 are quite poor).
Watched Phoneshop a few times, Man Like Mobeen is 3 series of quality. After Life was 2 series of quality.
From the old days that will never be shown again- loved The Cosby Show.
Some low key favourites include Workaholics I'm in the Brooklyn 99 lovers, a series called Wrecked based on Lost was good imo.
Oh, Eastbound and Down, Vice Principals and the Righteous Gemstones are all quality.

Peep show
Fack 99% of American stuff, predictable and obvious comedies.

Cheers was quality tbf
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Cheers is an exception, I’d agree on that, fraiser wasn’t too bad either. Brooklyn 99 and rosanne can fack off though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Brooklyn 99 is genius
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I bloody love it. Not even sure why. Just ticks the right boxes for me 😊
I also love Keeping Up Appearances. Again not sure why but it makes me laugh for some reason
Mind your language. The stereotyping too un-PC for today, but that's what makes it funny.
How can you not have Married with Children in there?? And no Seinfeld?????
And King of Queens ??????????????

I didnt like it from watching 2 minutes, then a while later I decided to try again, binged all 6 season and couldnt wait for season 7. Its American, but hilarous.
Not seen Fresh Meat mentioned. If you like Inbetweeners you’ll like this.
I also like How I Met Your Mother. God I am strange haha

Point of order. Was Shameless a sitcom? For me it was more of a drama with a comic tint, not a straight up comedy. It was great though, at least in the early seasons. I can still hear Frank's voice: "Now nobody's saying the Chatsworth estate is the garden of Eden..."

Fair point. I think I laughed so much that I just had it down as a comedy in my head.

Don't think The Day Today counts as a sitcom does it? I mean if it does then I'd include it, as well as Brass Eye.
