Agree scarf. Doesn't make a jot of difference to Liverpool fans on here as they don't attend games anyway. Probably wouldn't notice if they used CGI fans as has been suggested. So can see why they're not bothered whether fans are there or not.

Pretty sure. The Prem would have to go against pretty much every UEFA directive and what other federations have done already for it not to happen. I would imagine I am more confident of it happening, than you are that it won't happen.

The Premier League Clubs decide, nobody else.

Apart from the fact its totally unfair to some clubs I'm surprised that anybody (other than desperate Liverpool fans) would want to watch football in neutral grounds with no fans?
As a spectacle it will be utter horseshit and Villa who have 10 games left of which 6 are at home lose a very important advantage. Hope they refuse to play!
