No, he wouldn’t even bat a eyelid at Tottenham if Mourinho wasn’t at Spurs. Further he is past it now. Turned us down the first time. No thank you.
I didn't know that you were a Daily Mail reader Sizzle !
Sandy won't be pleased !
He is a good player. Football fans are a fickle breed, if he does well then all will be forgiven. If not then he will always be that guy who turned us down.
For mex he isn't the player we need so I don't really understand it but a Mourinho knows him well
I'd take him , still a very good player and it would stop him scoring against us , he always does

No, bang average now and old. No better than Lucas.
We were linked with him a few weeks
Good squad player and takes a decent set piece.
You could do a lot worse on a free transfer, although I would think the wages would be around £150k a week.
No.
Very good player for them. Would probably have a few good games over a season but generally not do much I reckon.

WILL I AM NOT.
Probably wouldn’t take him
Though we might finally start seeing some good free kicks and corners if he joined

He’s a bit of a flakey player it seems.
When he’s in the mood
If levy sanctions this I think I’d be joining the Don levy out movement
From a Chelsea point of view, its the 3 yr contract he wants that is the problem.
At 32 in Aug this year he is clearly not getting any better and will only slow and get more injury prone over time.
He is incredibly frustrating at times often slowing play down to a stop, every 9-10 games he will play a blinder and everyone thinks he is world class its the other 8-9 games that are the problem.
His blunder always seems to be against us
Talk to him. Agree wages ect. Call him in to a medical. Just as enters the room, have Ryan Fraser signing in the dotted line and tell him to feck off.

Don't want him. Past his best, disrespected Spurs when he signed for Chelsea, probably be on high wages, and don't we already have that position covered?
