Wide forward is not an area needing urgent improvement either, I`d rather we concentrate on strengthening the striking options, central midfield and defense.
Absolutely not. He's leaving Chelsea because he's not good enough for them, and Spurs are supposedly looking to be a better side than Chelsea, so why would he be good enough for Spurs?
That's not even mentioning the fact he's old, inconsistent, declining, would ask for high wages and plays in the one position Spurs don't need. And obviously the whole "having a Spurs medical then signing for Chelsea" thing.
It makes literally no sense whatsoever and doesn't tick a single box Spurs need ticked. So I fully expect to see him in the starting XI at the start of the new season in 2025.
