Batman 1989 - gets underrated after the Nolan trilogy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Love that film but I recently rewatched them all (Batman and Robin, urghh) and Batman Returns is so good
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually, Batman and Robin is Arnie’s most underrated film.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No no no, don’t say that Dazza. I really don’t want to filter you, seriously dude.
Big trouble in little China, great film.
And I love original batman, no way that's underrated. Loved the second one with Danny De Vito as well.
Very surprised Robb you didn’t include hobo with a shotgun

I suppose historically Shawshank fits this bill perfectly...was very underwhelming when it came out in 94 was it...it's on many peoples top 10 now

The funniest thing about Batman and Robin is how characters change outfits for no reason between scenes solely so the studio can sell more toys 😹

But how can you make the Lost Boys, St Elmo’s Fire, and Falling Down... and then make Batman & Robin? Seriously?
It seems he just decided, “I’ve directed some very decent and critically acclaimed films the last few years. But what if... and bear with me here... I just started making utter drivel instead?” [strokes chin]
