Both starring Bob Hoskins
Few British films on anyones list, but generally I prefer them. Like the two above they are realistic

A really good Mel Gibson movie is Gallipoli. Deffo recommend it. It was before he was too famous so he couldn’t change too much history

Yep
William Wallace wasn’t executed in the Tower
William Wallace didn’t have the brainwave if using spears
The Scots didn’t wear kilts or use woad
William Wallace didn’t shaaag Isabella and get her pregnant (think she was about ten when he died)
Edward I wasn’t on his death bed when Wallace died
I’m sure there’s more....

Con Air is pure crowd pleasing ass kicking gold.
Perfect casting
Great characters
Great script
"CYYYYYYY"
" ANARA!!"
ARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHH BOOM
Even the ending with that Leanne Rimes song is perfect.
A couple of early 90's thrillers that were decent but not classics, and not that well known.
