Null and void ain't an option Ivan in the EPL as far as I know.
For one thing top two in the Championship (Leeds & West Brom) would sue the erchie of all and sundry. They've said as much.
They need to find some way of playing games.

Two up, no relegation will be the aim of those clubs.
It'll be cheaper in the long run for them to lose 1/20th of what the TV companies sue them for rather than potentially being relegated and the financial catastrophe that will follow.
Given what the premier league and FA have said there just isn’t going to be no relegation. It’d need 14 clubs to agree to it and FA approval, it won’t happen.
Time will tell but I can see a few clubs playing hard ball, and the rest will need to decide what their priorities are.
