This may be harsh, but people wishing happy birthday to someone in the same house as them.

If you’re in a nice restaurant then fair enough imo but most of the time people post their home made slop.

Another is when people post tributes to a dead person when they are barely cold.

My cousin puts her whole life on Facebook. ‘Going shopping, better get dressed’ Needs to get the washing in’ etc. Füćk off!!!

That's really bad. I live in a town where everyone knows everyone. Its happened a few times were people have posted tributes before all of the dead persons family has even been informed. They can't fecking wait to post that sh!t.

People filming themselves doing charitable deeds.

People who constantly post pics and vids of their children. I get that you love them and are proud of them but we don’t really care what they do every single day.

There’s not a lot to like on Facebook at all.

The other thing that winds me up is how when something bad happens, people use a post on social media to make themselves feel better.

Caroline Flack - really sad, so loads of people flock to social media to write a post about mental health.

Within a week, they’re back on posting up gossip etc. without giving it a second thought.

Social media and a crisis are a great combination for attention seekers to convince themselves that they are even more relevant than they normally think they are.

Oh how I love the b list fly on the wall celebrities and washed up musicians trying to revive their careers using the old "its all for charity mate" routine and oh we laughed when the postman delivered the mail dressed as batman. Still I guess it makes a change from them telling their facebook friends what they are having for tea.

My advice is to avoid the last 5 minutes of news bulletins thats when these supposed feel good stories tend to get shown.

I think this is going to backfire.

Either for the people involved or Facebook.

All those children being plastered all over social media as they grow up... lots of them are going to be adults soon.

Will they want to interact on a platform with their mates where there are all those pictures and videos?

You'd get on famously with my missus.

When somebody posts an article inviting other people's opinions and then slags them off if it differs from their own and wasn't the response they were hoping for or expected because of the bias or stupidity of the article. Those same people who cannot appreciate other teams that are better, or currently performing better than their own.
Being a supporter of any team can be painful at times but you have to bear it with good grace and believe that one day, maybe one day, it will happen.
But in the meantime don't disgrace the club you support.

I hate those ones that say things like "girls who need a night out" or "girls who need a trip to Vegas this year", and then list almost every female name in the western world in three immense columns.

Then people actually tag their friends whose names are on the list, like it actually means anything at all.

Some of those things where you have to work out your Hobbit name for example are annoying, going by the first letter of your name and birth month or whatever. Although some of them are actually quite funny
