The guy is a clown on and off the pitch

Doesn't exactly help the suggestion that lots of footballers are thick as sheite, does it.

The guy is nuts Plain and simple , complete liability on the pitch and no commen sense.

I honestly thought we'd pulled off a great signing , but turns out he was shat.

Tbf to him he said he was tested and so was the barber so it's no big deal for me. Move on.

Loads of players in their training pics have got fresh hair cuts, they’re just not as stupid as to post a picture of having it done. Unless all their Mrs are barbers they’ve been just as ‘guilty’.

As long as he's got his hair done. that's the most important thing at a time like this.

That’s not how this works.

I don’t disagree that Aurier’s a bit of a weirdo. Rash / impulsive kinda personality on and off the pitch.

However, to be Devil’s advocate..if he’s tested and his barber is tested aka they’ve both made the workplace as safe as possible, is it really that big an issue. If he’s made the workplace safe, why can’t he post pics of it? It’s his social media. You could argue if people are getting outraged at that it’s their issue, and their problem.

Interesting perspective.

I think the point is that currently the social distancing rules don't allow for non family members to visit or be visited. Therefore it was stupid of him to post the picture on social media.

The other point of the article therefore is his stupid approach to life both on and off the pitch.

Also a bit rich to be outraged about this but then expect him to go play football and be fine with it

I'm not sure who this is directed at, but I don't "expect him to go play football".

That's another subject entirely which has been covered by numerous articles but, for the record, I think it's a nonsense trying to restart the season behind closed doors because it's unsafe for fans but apparently safe for players.

Sandy likes him though.

idk why you'd compare the two, the players n staff are tested and looked after, the fans wouldnt be, thats why its deemed safe for players but not for fans. I'd have thought that was pretty obvious tbh?

It wasn’t directed at anyone but if I did it would’ve been towards the media.

By all accounts aurier and his barber have been tested so it’s would’ve been deemed safe for the barber to do his work.

Also if you look at what mariappa said, about sticking to the rules and staying inside yet he still got it but had no symptoms and would never have know if it wasnt for football. Kinda makes Deeneys worries and comments a bit silly when his team mate turned out to be safer returning to football than he would have been refusing to like Deeney.

I tried to resist responding to this because I know that this has all been discussed numerous times on here and I think people are getting fed up with it (although I'm not).

To me the game is about the fans. Therefore, playing football in empty stadiums just to tick a box that can say "season complete" is a nonsense.

My view is that the current season should be called off and focus should be on how to start next season in the safest possible way and at the safest possible time.

But in an attempt at fending off the possible barrage from Liverpool fans, I also think that Liverpool should be awarded the title and a decision made on how to deal with relegation.

Makes as many mistakes in defence as Trippier used to, and no better at crossing but for some reason he and his haircuts get a free pass.

I don`t pick the team, both the previous manager and the current one pick him on a regular basis, so prefer their judgement over most on here, including your own.

All the fake outrage on here, but most are saying they will be happy to start football with no social distancing.
