Just a random list, Pacino is a fine actor, my opinion is his best was in the early days but he still pulled one out the bag every now and again hoo-hah!

For acting ability then yes I'd say Oldman is right up there. Great range playing a multitude of characters and personalities, and usually the best thing in his movies regardless of quality.

Not to mention Drexel the white dreadlockedpimp in True Romance, Zorg in 5th Element and Jim Gordon in Batman in between
Tom Hardy, Bale, Norton, Pitt. Hoskins, Dance, Phoenix the list is endless, too many, i couldnt pick a favourite, atm its probably Hardy or Waltz, before it was Hanks or Washington before that it was de niro n pacino :/ i just dont know.
