For acting ability then yes I'd say Oldman is right up there. Great range playing a multitude of characters and personalities, and usually the best thing in his movies regardless of quality.

Tom Hardy, Bale, Norton, Pitt. Hoskins, Dance, Phoenix the list is endless, too many, i couldnt pick a favourite, atm its probably Hardy or Waltz, before it was Hanks or Washington before that it was de niro n pacino :/ i just dont know.
